We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Team and oversee our full - cycle recruiting.
Talent Acquisition Intern responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long - term recruiting strategies, employee branding, and nurture our relationship with potential hires.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g social platform and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead and execute employer branding initiatives
- Responsible for ad-hoc related to HR functions
- Minimum 1 years if experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer branding and/or other HR functions
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant major
- Familiarity with using job portals or recruitment tools across the channel
- Hands on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization
- Able to join immediately
- Hybrid working methods (minimum 2 times a week)
