- Coordinate with tech team/hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Employ effective sourcing strategies through social platforms and profesional networks
- Identify potential and suitable candidate through selection procedures such as screening, assesments, and interviews
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, management, industrial engineering or any relevant degree
- Minimum 1 year experience as a talent acquisition or similar
- Proven experience in innovating recruitment and building community to acquire talents
- Highly computer literate with capability in email and microsoft office
- Fluent in english
- Excellent interpersonal dan communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Linkedin
- Willing to relocate, work, and live in Jakarta
